Welcome to our 2009 Season!!

Congratulations to you, our audience members, who once again helped us select a dynamite
season!  With your guidance in choosing our plays for 2009, the thirteenth year in our intimate
little theatre promises to keep you as entertained as the last twelve seasons have done.

This year’s line-up includes two compelling Pulitzer Prize winners: The Gin Game by D.L.
Colburn and Proof by David Auburn.  We’re delighted that you also selected not one, but two
favorite classics: The Importance of Being Ernest by Oscar Wilde and Bus Stop by William Inge.
For your mystery-watching delight this year, you chose the ever-popular sleuth, Holmes, who will
delight you in Sherlock Holmes – The Final Adventure, adapted by Steven Dietz.  Finally, the
season rounds out with hilarity as everyone will enjoy another fast-paced British farce, See How
They Run by Philip King.

As always, we want to say, Thank you” to our wonderful, regular patrons and awesome season
ticket holders for your amazing support and encouragement.  Throughout the bountiful as well
as the bleak economic times, you’ve remained steadfast - cheering us on and spreading the
word about what we do here.  We’re immensely grateful, and vow to continue investing the
same kind of energy, love and attention into each production,  bringing you the excellent theatre
you deserve and have always enjoyed at Broadway West.

To those of you who have never been to Broadway West,  we hope you’ll see something in our
lineup that will encourage you to come.  We strive for excellence, and are always eager to share
our wonderful productions with new patrons.

                                                 With warmest regards,
                                            Paula Chenoweth and Mary Galde
